Frequently asked questions
Straight answers, no runaround
Quick answers to what folks ask most. Don’t see your question? Call or text (951) 635-8354.
How much does junk removal cost?
We price by how much space your stuff takes up in the truck — not by the hour, so there’s no clock pressure and no surprise total at the end. You get a firm, upfront price before we start. The fastest way to a number is to call, text a photo, or fill out the quote form.
Can you come same-day?
Often, yes. We keep same- and next-day windows open for move-outs, listings, and jobs that can’t wait. Call early in the day for the best shot at same-day.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Menifee and cover Southwest Riverside County and the Inland Empire — Murrieta, Temecula, Lake Elsinore, French Valley, Winchester, Wildomar, Canyon Lake, Sun City, and Perris. Outside that radius? Ask anyway.
What can you take?
Furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics, yard and green waste, construction and remodel debris, hot tubs, exercise equipment, office clutter — pretty much anything that isn’t hazardous. Full list on our What We Take page.
Is there anything you can't take?
We can’t haul hazardous materials — wet paint, chemicals, motor oil, asbestos, propane tanks, and medical/biohazard waste. Details and the full do-not-take list are on the What We Take page.
How big are your dumpsters and how long can I keep one?
Our signature 18-cubic-yard dumpster handles most cleanouts, remodels, and heavy yard jobs. Standard rental is 1–2 days, dropped at your door. See dumpster rental details →
Do you do demolition?
Light demo, yes — sheds, patio covers, outbuildings, interior drywall, cabinets, and flooring. We tear it down and haul it out in one trip.
Can I see examples of your work?
Yes — every photo on our Our Work page is a real Inland Empire job, not a stock image. Before-and-after sliders, residential cleanouts, and commercial tear-downs.
How do I get a quote?
Call or text (951) 635-8354, or fill out the form on the contact page. Send a photo or just describe the pile — we’ll give you a free, upfront price.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully licensed and insured on every job.
What happens to my stuff after you haul it?
We sort every load. Usable furniture and appliances get donated, recyclables get recycled, and only what’s left goes to the landfill.
Do you work with businesses and property managers?
We do — estate, eviction, foreclosure, and pre-listing cleanouts on a real estate timeline, plus commercial accounts.
Still have a question?
Send a photo, describe the pile, or just call. We'll give you a free, upfront price.
