Junk Removal in Temecula Wine Country

Big properties need more than a couch pickup. We take on the whole project: estate and full property cleanouts, sheds, barns and outbuildings, light demolition and the debris spread around the property. One crew handles it start to finish, and we carry $1,000,000 in general liability and $750,000 in commercial auto coverage.

One crew, the whole project

Not the cheapest. Reliable, and done right.

A large-property job can be several jobs in one: a house or a barn to clear, a shed coming down, outdoor furniture and broken equipment, and debris around the property. We handle all of it, so you're not lining up a hauler, a demo crew and a cleanup crew separately.

Most of our jobs are one or two of us. Large cleanouts and demo get a bigger crew, and big projects get dump trailers on top of our dump truck.

We won't be the lowest quote you get. What you get is a crew that shows up when we said we would, does the job properly and leaves the property clean.

What we take on in Wine Country

Big-property work, start to finish

Estate and property cleanouts

Estate and full property cleanouts are where we find the most reusable items. Furniture and household goods in good shape go to donation, mostly the Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Temecula, and metal goes to AIM Recycling in Perris.

Estate cleanouts

Barns, sheds and outbuildings

We take down metal and wood sheds and other outbuildings. Metal gets broken into sections with the recyclable metal separated out. Wood comes apart piece by piece so it loads efficiently.

Light demolition

Light demolition

One of our favorite jobs. Old playgrounds, swing sets and other smaller structures: we tear it down, remove the debris and leave the property cleaned up afterward.

Light demolition

Renovation and remodel debris

In Temecula, especially Wine Country and South Temecula, we see a good amount of construction debris, renovation debris and remodeling cleanups. A lot of homeowners out here are constantly upgrading their properties and investing money into their homes.

Junk hauling

Outdoor furniture and equipment

Worn-out patio furniture, old pool supplies, broken barbecues and broken equipment. Spring and summer cleanups bring a lot of it.

Property debris cleanup

Debris gathered from around the property and hauled away. When we're done, we walk the area for nails, screws and small pieces so nothing gets left behind.

18-yard dumpster rental

Doing the work yourself? Wine Country is in our dumpster area. Our 18-yard roll-off runs $550–$650 depending on location and material, with 2 days and 2 tons included. It goes on a driveway, never the street, and we confirm there's room for delivery and pickup before we book it.

Dumpster rental
We enjoy the bigger projects where we're able to tear something down, remove all the debris, and leave the property cleaned up afterward.

How a big-property job runs

From the first call to a clean property

  1. 01

    We come out first

Call and tell us about the property. We come out and give you a free estimate on site, so you get an exact price instead of a guess.

  2. 02

We show up when we said

We don't want you sitting around all day wondering when we'll arrive. The crew shows up at the time we gave you.

  3. 03

    We sort as we load

Usable items go to donation, metal goes to recycling, and only what's left gets disposed of. Roughly 30 to 40 percent of what we haul gets donated or recycled, depending on the job.

  4. 04

    We leave it clean

Before we go, we walk the area so nothing gets left behind. Demo work gets gloves, glasses and masks or respirators when the job calls for it.
